Cultural competency

We don’t discriminate against people due to their race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, age, mental or physical disability, sexual orientation, genetic information or medical history, ability to pay, or ability to speak English. You can visit our cultural competency page to learn more about our cultural competency training.

Trauma-informed care

Trauma-informed care responds to the impact of trauma through recognition and understanding. We take our members’ safety and ability to make their own choices seriously. You can learn more about trauma-informed care by watching this video.
