The time to prepare is now. Knowing what to do is your best defense for weathering any storm. We want to make sure you are safe and have everything you need. In preparation for hurricane Dorian please note that authorizations are not required for medically necessary service during this time. If you need help with obtaining your medications or resource specific to your county, please do not hesitate to call member services at 1-800-441-5501 for Medicaid Members and 1-844-528-5815 for Florida Healthy Kids Members.
