    Were you assigned a doctor? You can change to your current or preferred provider if they’re in our network. Just contact us. You can also find other local care you need, from vision and dental care to primary care providers and specialists.

    Understanding health insurance can be a challenge. Especially if it’s new to you. Or if it’s your first time enrolling. You and your family may be eligible for benefits without knowing it. The first step? See if you qualify. You can use the Application for Benefits Eligibility (ABE) tool to get started.

     

    Note: Illinois Client Enrollment Services will send you info about your health plan choices when it’s time for you to make a health plan choice and during your open enrollment period.

    To keep your Medicaid benefits, be sure to update your address if you move. Visit the ABE website. Or contact the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services (HFS) to change your info.
